Terms and Conditions
- Tourist tours depart at the scheduled times, subject to availability and confirmation by the captain. The tour is a non-scheduled tourist excursion (Art. 2 Legislative Decree 171/2005 - MIT circular 13147/2015).
- Cancellation by the customer will result in the loss of the amount paid.
- In case of cancellation by the company or the skipper due to safety or weather reasons, the customer will be entitled to reschedule the service at the next available date/time. If no compatible date/time is available, a voucher will be issued to be used during the current season.
- If paying at boarding, please arrive on site by 10:00 AM to validate the ticket.
- If paying online, please arrive on site 1 hour before departure to validate the ticket.
- Once the purchase has been made, it is not possible to change the order to a different tour.
- Some boats do not allow animals of any size on board. Please check the tour description or contact Navicharters before placing your order.
- Any delay by the customer at the boarding meeting point will result in the loss of the ticket and no refund will be issued.
- In case of passengers with disabilities, we ask that you contact the company for specific information regarding the boarding location and procedures for the desired tour, before making a purchase.
- The captain or boat operator may cancel the tour and/or return to port immediately and without appeal, even during navigation, due to reasons that may endanger their own safety or that of the guests on board.
- By purchasing the service, all terms and conditions listed in this document are considered accepted and agreed upon.
- All tours depart with a minimum number of confirmed participants. The company reserves the right to communicate any changes in advance.
